THE CLUB OF LIBERALS
(ORIGINAL ROMANIAN NAME: CLUBUL LIBERALILOR)
    The CLUB OF LIBERALS, is an independent non-profit organization created  in the end of bringing together all those with liberal ideas from our country.
    Its aim is the development and application of  liberal ideas and programs based on the principles of classical liberalism to the modern society in Romania.

    The activity of the club is based on the recognition of the following principles :
        -the individual liberty is inalienable
        -the principle of voluntary action is applicable in all human actions
        -the right to personal property is guaranteed by the state
        -the free market assures the harmonious development of the economy
        -the intervention of the state in the economy must be minimal

    The Club of Liberals has a scientific and theoretical activity , being not involved in the direct political struggle.

    The periodical of the club is : CLUBUL LIBERALILOR , from which the last issue is nr 9 (january 19998) .

    The program of activity  :
        -conferences
        -circles of study
        -library
        -establishment of links with similar organizations from abroad
        -the initiative of  national and international encounters, seminars and workshops
        -club activities
